Arrival and departure

Can we have a late checkout?

This is subject to availability on the day of checkout, however, you are welcome to contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do we get in?

Check-in is contactless. There is a keypad on the front door, and we'll send your access code and instructions on the morning of arrival.

Where do we park?

The driveway fits up to two -three cars comfortably, depending on size. Extra cars can park on the road, by the village green a short walk away, or along the wall next to the courtyard. Please use the area in front of the house for unloading only, and don't park by the wooden bollards in front of the kitchen, as this blocks our neighbours.

We're sorry, but no. The house sockets aren't rated for car charging. There are public chargers at Lady Anne's Drive, Holkham.

What do we need to do before we leave?

Please empty the fridge, take out all rubbish, put furniture back in place, drain the hot tub, and leave the keys as instructed. Only clean recyclables go in the recycling bins, without black bin liners, or the council won't collect them.

A shallow stream runs through the garden and isn't fenced or grated at either end, so please supervise children and pets whenever they're outside. The hot tub has a lid to keep it child-safe.

Pets

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, we welcome up to three pets, by prior arrangement, at £25 per pet per stay. Please keep pets downstairs and off the furniture, and don't leave them alone in the house. Do bring their bedding and bowls.
