The Old Chequers is a two-storey holiday home with five bedrooms on the upper floor and one wheelchair-accessible room on the ground floor, sleeping up to 14 guests. In addition to the king or super-king bed in each bedroom, guests may use the bunk bed in the Holkham Master Bedroom and the sofa bed in the Ante room, which is great when the party includes parents with children who prefer their kids to sleep nearby rather than in separate rooms.
The ground floor layout is shown on the top of the floorplan, with the entertainment areas, kitchen, and one bedroom. Looking at the ground floor layout, the entrance hall with a circular dining table is in the middle to the left. From there, you can access the living rooms to the right and the kitchen and dining area to the left. The hall also has the main staircase, leading up to the majority of the bedrooms on the first floor. The private garden is situated to the right of the building, accessible through the living rooms or via the games room. Also shown on the top right, is the games room.
On the bottom of the floor plan, you will see the first floor with the remaining five bedrooms, as well as the master dressing room and ante room.
