There are plenty of options for catering and transport available in the area. We often host groups of guests who come to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and are in need of catering. We've put together a list of recommended caterers and private chefs in the area, should you wish to book them for your stay. CATERING FOR YOUR STAY
Caterers and Private Chefs · South Creake
We’ve had lots of our guests have private chefs and caterers in for meals. We are yet to use this ourselves, but these are the recommendations we’ve been given. The Ostrich Inn is the local gastro pub in South Creake, and do catering upon request. A Little Bit of Luxury provides our hampers for guests staying at The Old Chequers, and they can also can deliver pizza kits and BBQ kits.
GETTING AROUND
Taxis and Parking
The Old Chequers has free parking on the property. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway, and you can fit up to 4 cars at a squeeze. Additional cars can park along the bollards on Front Street (Burnham Road), next to the home. If you're looking for a taxi, feel free to browse the options below, each providing transport services around North Norfolk. We've not used any of these ourselves, as we typically prefer to drive when we visit The Old Chequers.
